Tara Johnson, founder and co-owner of North Bay Bookkeeping Services, is a relationship-oriented professional who loves helping businesses manage their bookkeeping in a way that reduces their stress, enhances their clarity, and frees them up to run their business more effectively.
Tara serves businesses of all kinds, but particularly enjoys using her skills and talents to help contractors. Tara’s clients experience a personal relationship, education about ways to streamline their processes that create more efficiency, and encouragement all along the way.
Tara established her business in 2006 in San Francisco, CA; she now lives in the Austin, TX area. Tara works with many local businesses and she remotely supports clients throughout the country.

Working with Blaine
Blaine Johnson is an experienced and accomplished professional who has worked for nearly thirty years in construction project management. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the challenges facing construction businesses today.
Blaine began his career in Project Management in the San Francisco Bay Area and has most recently worked for construction firms in both Austin and Houston. From a multi-billion dollar general contracting firm to small specialty contractors to construction material manufacturing, he has the unique experience needed to support and advise today’s construction company owner.
